Get Plenty of Sleep

Sleep is essential to your body’s overall health and a lot of repairing and healing takes place during that time. Your brain functions better when it experiences a good night’s sleep, as well as consistent sleep patterns. Without good sleep, cortisol increases and stress affects the body’s overall health, which are key triggers for Alzheimer’s disease.

Exercise Your Coordination and Balance Skills

Injuries to the head in any form can potentially lead to Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease over time. Depending on the specific type of injury, select areas of the brain can suffer damage and lead to major issues that in turn lead to Dementia. Exercising your coordination skills and practicing your balance are two good ways to help prevent the accidents that can lead to head injuries.

Develop an Exercise Schedule

Exercise is great for the brain. It increases your heart rate, which in turn pumps blood faster and stronger. Exercise also reduces cholesterol potential and carries a good supply of oxygen to the brain. Oxygen deficiencies in the brain affect cells dramatically, which can promote Dementia and Alzheimer’s disease.

Consume 100% Pure Fruit and Vegetable Juices

According to the U.S. National Library of Medicine, Vanderbilt University conducted a study in 2014 on pure fruit and vegetable juice consumption and their benefits for Alzheimer's prevention. They found that people who drank pure juice at least 3 times per week reduced their risk of getting the disease significantly.
