Holiday Splendor at the Ringling
This event begins December 1, 2016 at 5401 Bay Shore Road, and admittance is free with one unwrapped gift for a child. You’ll support the U.S. Marine Corp’s Reserve Toys for Tots. Holiday music and shows will be provided by local schools on the Museum of Art Courtyard from 5-8pm. There will also be special performances in the Ca’ d’Zan.
Holly Days and Mangrove Lights
Historic Spanish Point will observe winter festivities every Thursday and Friday, from 2-8pm in the month of December. The beautiful lighted pathways, festive music and parties are free for members, $5 for guests, and general admission for visitors. The New Year’s Eve celebration will have bonfires, marshmallow roasting, artificial snow, and more.
Sarasota Holiday Parade
What’s a holiday season without a parade? Arrive at least an hour early before the 7pm start and tabulate your own scores for the best floats! It’s a beautiful evening parade for you, your friends, and family.
