We are not surprised that the two of you are so good at making newcomers' feel comfortable; but every employee we have come in contact with gives us that same feeling. Having hired hundreds of people over the years, I know that it is very difficult to find competent help, much less people who would represent our company with the standards that we expected from them at the time we hired them and who would always enthusiastically project those standards to customers, prospects and their fellow employees, this in spite of the fact that I personally was involved in our training efforts.
